Four Rock Stars with a penchant for wearing masks, sword crossing guaranteed, why-choose/reverse harem, and found family awesomeness.
Who knew a paid groupie position for masked rockstars could be not only (and obviously) spicy but also so freaking sweet? I guess Grace McGinty knew because holy wow, she wrote a banger of a book. If masked men who also happen to be rock stars are even remotely your thing (if it isn’t, it should be) then seriously – read The Daymakers.

Charlotte barely survives the abusive boyfriend that nightmares are made of, only to find herself given refuge with a sweetly stoic security guy who is more than he seems, a rock band with mysteriously masked men, and a few other people on the tour who just round out the awesomeness of the found family characters. The caveat to this fortuitous rescue. . .she’ll. . .be there for them in all the spicy capacity. What happens next is delightful, sweet, perfectly spicy, and just a joy to read.
This book is fun, it’s got some heavy subject matter in the form of domestic abuse. But – the MMC’s are AMAZE. The tension, the ebb and flow between all of them, the brotherhood between the guys, and the elements of found family for Charlotte are so incredibly comforting and fun to read.
I crazy enjoyed The Daymakers, I laughed out loud a few times, and I found myself grinning like mad and kicking my feet, the spice is on point, and the story itself is fun to just sink into and forget the world around you. And the end – loved it.
I received an advanced readers copy in exchange for an honest review.
